Vice President of Human Resources at American Express Canada

Naomi Titleman is the Vice President of Human Resources at American Express Canada. Appointed to the position in May of 2014, Naomi is responsible for all Human Resource initiatives for the Canadian business which in total employs approximately 2000 individuals. The functions represented in the Canadian operations include sales, marketing, product development, insurance, customer acquisition, control functions (finance, compliance and risk), and customer service. Furthermore, Naomi sits on the HR Committee for the Board of the Amex Bank of Canada and is a participant of the Board.

Naomi joined American Express in 2010 as a HR business partner supporting the Global Merchant Services organization. In this role, she drove the employee engagement agenda through targeted development programs and worked with business leaders to plan for and implement critical HR strategies and processes. She also developed and executed large-scale change management plans around key projects affecting multiple markets across the globe.

Prior to American Express, Naomi spent 10 years at Deloitte Consulting, working in their Enterprise Risk Services and Human Capital Practices.

Naomi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s of commerce degree from McGill University.

In her spare time, Naomi enjoys spinning, running, discovering new restaurants and spending time with her family. Naomi lives in Toronto with her husband David, son Nathaniel and daughter Jory.
