Paul S. Hillier is a Risk Communication Consultant with TACTIX Government Relations and Public Affairs. Drawing on his program management background he specializes in developing and operationalizing product defence campaigns.

Paul has served in the Canadian Armed Forces for nearly a decade and currently trains in the field of Influence Activities and Psychological Operations.

With his own company Paul has contributed to the writing of winning bids on government service contracts, delivered contracted research and analysis to private-sector & government clients, and taught courses to numerous government departments.

A native Albertan, he obtained his M.A. from Queen’s University with a thesis on supply chain risk management. He is a recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.
