Caroline Mulroney Lapham is a co-founder of the Shoebox Project for Shelters, a not-for-profit initiative. She is a corporate development consultant, working with companies to help formulate and execute their business plan. Previously, she was the Associate Director of the NYU Center for Law & Business, a legal associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP and an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co in New York. She is a graduate of Harvard College and NYU School of Law. She is currently a member of the board of directors of the National Theatre School of Canada. She lives in Toronto with her husband and four children.
