Charlotte Singmin holds a Bachelor of English from Queen’s University and considers her library of books to be among her most prized possessions.

She has been practicing yoga for the past decade and was inspired five years ago to move to an ashram in the Bahamas and become a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Charlotte has continued her travels and studies over the past few years, becoming a yoga therapist and a Reiki healer as well as becoming certified in AntiGravity Yoga and most recently Prenatal Yoga.

Charlotte has developed Lotus Girl Yoga, a wellness and yoga-focused company offering a range of services including corporate yoga and wellness sessions and healing retreats and workshops.

Last spring Lotus Girl Yoga presented the first annual yoga and wellness retreat to Nicaragua.

Charlotte is active in the yoga and wellness community and partners with Lululemon to teach free yoga classes.

She is the Yoga Expert for Proud FM’s Motivational Mondays.
