Two years ago she took a leap of faith and against strong encouragement from her family to become a banker, she followed her passion and started her own business: Preston Fitness.

Christie has never looked back! Preston Fitness runs boot camps and does personal training all over the city of Toronto. With her degree in Kinesiology, Christie is able to deliver scientifically-based workouts to her clients on a daily basis. Christie also writes a daily Blog, Beauty and the Bod about all things beauty and health related. Christie’s goal is to inspire and empower healthy and happy lives.
