Carlos de la Torre (1990-1994)

It was love at first sight for Diaz, then an aspiring model, and Carlos de la Torre, a video producer. "I spent the entire day trying to get him to talk to me," Diaz told People of their first encounter at a shoot for LA Gear. It must have worked, because the two dated for four years. The romance eventually fizzled out just as her acting career took off when she starred alongside Jim Carrey in "The Mask."
Matt Dillon (1995-1998)

The "There's Something About Mary" co-stars dated for three years before splitting in 1998, as the young stars both wanted to focus more on their growing careers. "Cameron was a muse for me," Dillon told Parade magazine in a 2006 interview. "I hadn't been in any deep emotional relationships."
