Etan Vlessing has worked extensively as a print journalist and editor for over 25 years, first in London, England between 1985 and 1991 as a financial journalist, and since then in Canada as an entertainment journalist for the Hollywood Reporter, the Los Angeles-based entertainment industry trade, and Playback, its Canadian counterpart. His articles appear worldwide via the Reuters wire service. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with an honours degree in history, before going on to complete a masters degree in journalism at the City University in London, England.
