Thomas Neal Catch: Canadian Little League Outfielder Makes Amazing World Series Snag (VIDEO)

WATCH: BIG Catch By Little Leaguer

The Canadian Little League team made two incredible catches in the 2012 Little League World Series but are unfortunately no longer in contention.

Despite being eliminated from competition earlier this week, the team from Vancouver showed "two of the best plays so far in the tournament."

On Saturday, outfielder Thomas Neal made an amazing diving catch worthy of the big leagues, leading to a 13-9 victory over powerhouse Mexico.

Then on Monday, teammate Carter Kada-Wong made an incredible snag in left field against Curacao. The Canadian kids fought back to tie the game but eventually lost 4-3 in South Williamsport, Pa.

The Hastings-Vancouver All-Stars' coach says his players should be proud of representing Canada so well, and now they will be enjoying some sightseeing in Pennsylvania.

It's the eighth straight year that the team representing Canada in the Little League World Series came from B.C.
