Ted Baker Canada: A Sneak Peek At The Store's Regal Fall Collection

What You Can Expect From Ted Baker When It Launches In Canada

If you've ever wanted to rock some fashion a la the Royal Family -- think dapper suits, tartan, chic shoes -- today is your lucky day: Ted Baker is coming to Canada, and we have a sneak peek at the store's fall collection.

After years of expansion in Europe, the iconic British brand is adding to its international passport by opening a boutique at Toronto's Yorkdale Shopping centre on November 16. The location will house the complete lifestyle collection of Ted Baker London, including menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories and gift items.

The fall/winter 2012 collections, titled Survival of the Fittest, are the perfect celebration of Great Britain's Great Outdoors; it's rich in warm autumn tones as well as this season's biggest colour, oxblood. The line is rustic, yet chic (the lines of the clothing are impeccable).

"The first store in Canada will allow us to illustrate the brand experience more fully to all the Toronto-based customers whom are currently engaging with Ted in our concessions and online. We will be able to give them a suitably unique Ted environment, full of the rich detailing, playful touches and expansive collections that they have been unable to experience in one place in Canada up to this point," notes CEO and Founder, Ray Kelvin. "Toronto is a world-class city with a progressive fashion industry of both local and internationally renowned brands and designers. Ted Baker is thrilled to be making Toronto, and the highly regarded shopping centre Yorkdale, our first Canadian home."
