Joe Fresh's beauty director, Simone Otis, spoke to our soul in this week's tutorial when she said the smokey, dewy eye need not be perfect.

This put a smile on our faces because a) we're no makeup artists and b) we're often smudging our eyes and 'ruining' our eyeshadow. But thanks to Otis, it's no longer ruined; instead, it's just part of a haute look for fall.

All the dewy eye takes is a smudge of eyeshadow here (eyelids) and a dab of lipgloss there (lips) and voila! An ideal fall look.
