Wedding Photos Found: New Zealand Couple Finds Wedding Pictures 18 Months After Earthquake

WATCH: Couple Find Wedding Pics 18 Months After Earthquake

Newlyweds Martin Burley and Fen Jerimiah lost their camera when a 6.3-magnitude quake struck in Christchurch, New Zealand in February of last year, causing them to leave their home.

The camera had their wedding pictures on it, and the couple thought it was gone forever.

But the disaster gave them a miracle when Martin found the camera from the remains of their driveway recently, according to Metro UK. The camera had emerged onto the surface from rains after being buried in mud.

Martin was able to painstakingly clean the device using a toothbrush and the digital memory card worked, revealing their wedding pics.
