Everyone's favourite Royal couple, who will be celebrating their two-year wedding anniversary on April 29, will actually be spending some of the day apart.

Reports say the Duchess of Cambridge will spend a part of her day at the Naomi House Children's Hospice near Winchester in Hampshire, according to the Clarence House.

During her visit, Kate will talk to patients and their families and even host a mini tea party.

Instead of being disorganized about their anniversary plans, there is a reason why Kate is scheduled to visit the hospice on this specific day. Turns out this location was first opened by Prince Charles in 1997 on April 29.

Kate is no stranger to charities or hospices. She made another appearance last month at the Ipswich's Treehouse Hospice.

There's no word yet of how the Prince will spend his day — we just hope the couple can squeeze in some alone time together.
