Kate Middleton Due Date: Duchess Of Cambridge To Give Birth On July 23?

Royal Baby Due Next Week?

We could be waiting yet another week for the royal baby — reports say the Duchess of Cambridge might not give birth until July 23.

According to Hollywood Life, Carole Middleton (Kate's mom) apparently told friends the heir-to-be will be a Leo, which would mean the baby won't be born for at least another week.

Earlier reports suggested Kate was due on July 3 or July 13, and now it seems grandma-to-be has added another week of anticipation.

Also, the parking suspension outside St. Mary's hospital, where Kate is expected to give birth, is in place for the entire month of July, according to the U.K. Mirror, indicating we might be waiting a while.

The later due date could explain why both Prince William and Kate had plans of their own this past weekend: the Duchess left her cottage at Kensington Palace to visit her parents’ home in Bucklebury, while the Duke participated in an annual charity polo match with Prince Harry.

But when the baby is born, we know there will be a formal notice on an easel in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace. The last time this easel was used was in 1982 after Prince William was born. The birth will also be announced on Twitter.
