Rob Ford Admits Crack Use: Politicians React

'Schadenfreude Can Be So Incredibly Ugly'

Rob Ford admitted he has smoked crack cocaine to reporters Tuesday and politicians from all levels of government were quick to react with a mix of sympathy and scorn.

Federal Industry Minister James Moore and Justice Minister Peter MacKay were among those to express sympathy, while Liberal MP Scott Brison and Toronto Councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam were less generous. Bob Rae was apoplectic with rage after Ford held a press conference at which he pledged to continue to serve as mayor. Check out all the political reactions below.
