'Ford Nation' YouTube Show Features Drug Denial From Rob Ford

WATCH: Ford 'Comes Clean' In New Show

After a controversial run on the radio and a TV show that only lasted one episode, the Ford brothers have taken to YouTube.

Rob Ford and Doug Ford launched a new YouTube channel (called "Ford Nation", of course) on Monday. In one of the first videos posted online, the brothers encouraged viewers "from all over the world" to send in their questions to be answered via YouTube.

In a video clip titled "Rob Ford comes clean", Doug reads a question for Rob from a Sandra in Bangkok, Thailand: "Why did you lie about your substance abuse problem when you initially were asked?"

"I do not have a substance abuse problem," Rob replies.

"Did I experiment with drugs? Yes I have. Why did I lie? I think everybody in the world has lied. Because I was embarrassed.

"I didn't want to tell the truth. I'm not a drug addict, I don't use drugs. Have I in the past? Yes."

Doug then commends his brother for admitting his past drug use.

"If we dug into every single politician's background around the world folks, I think you'd get a real eye-opener," Doug tells the camera.

And that's Ford Nation, folks.

Toronto's Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly told a reporter Monday morning that Ford's admission doesn't change very much.

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me," he said. "Regrettably, it appears to be an ongoing problem."
