Kate Hansen's Warmup Dance Makes Us Want To Boogie Too

WATCH: If We Were Olympians, This Is How We'd Warm Up Too

While watching the Olympics Games, it's hard not to picture what you'd do if you were a world-class athlete readying for the run (or skate, or ride) of your life. But as far as we're concerned, the way that U.S. luger Kate Hansen preps herself for getting into the sled is right up our alley.

As you can see in the video above, Hansen puts on her headphones and has a full-on dance party as she readies for her run, and even better is who she's listening to:

We completely agree — if Queen Bey can't get you inspired to go speeding down an icy tunnel holding on for dear life, who can? And as for those who criticized the moves as being not "sport-specific" enough (cough cough, NBC), your quads have obviously never experienced the pain that is winding in stilettos.
