Lea Michele's new song "If You Say So" has been released online, and it will likely have you reaching for the tissues.
The ballad was written, according to Us Weekly, as a tribute to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith, who was found dead of a drug overdose in a Vancouver hotel room last July.
The title of the song refers to the last words Monteith said to Michele, reported the magazine.
"Was just a week ago you said, 'I love you girl,'" Michele sings on the track. "I said, 'I love you more,' then a breath, a pause, you said, 'If you say so.'"
Monteith, a B.C. native, and Michele were also costars on the hit TV show "Glee." A tribute episode aired in November.
The song will appear on Michele's debut album, "Louder," which is set to be released on Monday.
