Florida Man has struck again, and he's Canadian this time!
David Tersigni, a Canadian citizen living in Englewood, Fla., was arrested at the Charlotte Harbor Super Boat Grand Prix on Sunday after allegedly saying he was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and that he would arrest people, Wink News reported.
The story went viral after the popular Twitter account "Florida Man" posted the story.
Tersigni, 48, was reportedly wearing a green volunteer shirt and denying people entrance to the north entrance of Englewood Beach if they weren't wearing a blue band. Check out the mugshot here.
A deputy asked him to leave the beach, at which point he began yelling and cursing and the officer smelled alcohol on his breath.
He was arrested for disorderly intoxication.
Tersigni was also charged with marijuana possession and for having drug paraphernalia after police reportedly found 1.2 grams of weed and rolling papers on him, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.
