It can be really challenging for brides to find plus-size wedding dresses that are fashion forward and unique.

Most of the gowns available to the curvaceous bride tend to be standard A-line gowns that make an unnecessary attempt to cover up rather than accentuate. (We want to see those gorgeous curves!)

As a result, brides who are keen to find their dream gown end up having to do a lot of legwork or they have to opt for a custom-made gown which can be quite expensive. Luckily, we’re seeing a vast improvement in what’s readily available in stores and online. The spotlight on high profile plus-size models like Nadia Aboulhosn and Ashley Graham (to name a few) have made designers more aware of this gaping hole in the market.

With that, we’re happy to put a spotlight on 15 stylish gowns for those women lucky enough to be blessed with curves in all the right places.
