Anderson Pooper, Wheelchair-Bound Dog, Steals The Show At Wiener Dog Rally (VIDEO)

Wheelchair-Bound Wiener Dog Will Steal Your Heart

A wheelchair-bound dachshund had her "Rudy" moment at the Wiener Dog Rally at Emerald Downs in Auburn, Wash. earlier this month.

Seven-year-old "Anderson Pooper" from Seattle is paralyzed on her back legs so owners Dave and Brenda Sizer have outfitted her with a cart to move around, The New York Daily News reported.

But that didn't stop her from leaving some competition in the dust when she ran to the finish line at the dog race, where Brenda tempted her with a treat.

"If there is a treat involved she will beeline to whoever has it," Dave told the Daily News.

A throng of people waited at the finish line to take pictures with the dog and ask questions of her owners.
