After protests arose online and garnered the attention of the Canadian government, it looks like plans have changed for "pickup artist" Julien Blanc's affiliated company, Real Social Dynamics (RSD), at least according to RSD's website.

Following a petition started by Kate Wheeler of What She Said on Change.org (as well as another by actress Maria del Mar) protesting Blanc's appearance in light of his recent comments caught on video and posted online regarding assaulting women, previously planned tour dates in Canada and Japan are no longer found on the RSD site.

A small image promoting an upcoming bootcamp in Toronto has no specified sign-up option for the session. At the time of this post's publish, the company had not yet officially confirmed it had cancelled the tour dates to Canada, or whether Blanc was supposed to appear at these dates.

Canada's Immigration Minster, Chris Alexander, was called on through the petition to help block the controversial and widely criticized Blanc from Canada. Alexander made his sympathy to the cause publicly known when he tweeted Monday evening:

RSD, which had been discussing Blanc extensively on its forums and had included a "non-apology apology" from its co-founder, Tyler, has been eliminating any conversations on the topic for the past day.
