Budweiser's Super Bowl 2015 'Lost Dog' Commercial Is 60 Seconds Of Pure Emotion

WATCH: The Super Bowl Ad That Panders To Every Dog Lover

The New England Patriots may have won the Super Bowl, but Budweiser pretty much won the hearts of every dog lover during Sunday's big game.

As a follow-up to last year's successful "Puppy Love" commercial, the beer maker brought back its all-star cast of four Clydesdale horses and a puppy that can't stop getting into trouble.

Budweiser has found a winning formula with its ads, but here's the play-by-play:

Cue shots of cute puppy.

Follow up with footage of noble steeds.

Transition to the aforementioned puppy getting lost, and pulling a "Homeward Bound."

Then, finish with the money shot of four horses and a puppy running towards a male farmer with a Budweiser in his hand.

But as some companies found out the hard way, this canine commercial success is not easy to replicate. Earlier this week, Go Daddy came under fire for its own puppy-themed ad. The web hosting platform's promo spot also featured a puppy returning home, but in a cruel twist, the pet ends up being resold by its owner — a puppy mill worker.

Go Daddy eventually apologized for its controversial ad, and pulled it before it could air during the Super Bowl.
