A California man decided to create a time-lapse video of his wife’s pregnancy to document their journey to parenthood in just 90 seconds!
Dad Byron Louie told Buzzfeed, “This was a great way to help settle my nerves during the pregnancy. As a first time father, I was nervous the whole time.”
In the heartwarming clip, Louie’s wife Monique is seen standing in the same spot as her body and everything else around her changes. In a minute and a half, every pregnancy milestone is covered. We see it all, from the couple’s first ultrasound to setting up the nursery to welcoming their new baby.
Since their son Dylan was born, Louie says things have been great. “I’m a first time parent, so there’s a lot of learning to be done, but the wife and I are taking it one day at a time and loving every minute,” the new dad told Buzzfeed.
Previously, Louie made a time-lapse video of the couple’s German Shepherd Dunder as he grew, which is why he wanted to give his wife’s pregnancy the same treatment. Since being uploaded two days ago, Louie’s time-lapse clip of his wife has received nearly 200,000 views.
