This isn't your average lost-and-found story. That's because Ra Ra isn't your average piece of missing luggage.
The stuffed bear belongs to Phoebe Steel, a four-year-old girl from Martensville, Sask., who was travelling through Toronto's Pearson International Airport after visiting her grandparents in the U.K.
But somewhere between the connecting flights, Ra Ra took a detour, according to Phoebe's mother.
“We had missed our connection, so we ended up being stuck there for about five hours,” Jen Steel told CTV. “Somewhere in between a couple of the gates and boarding, he disappeared.”
Jen reached out to the airport via its Facebook page, hoping someone had come across the stuffed animal. But even she had her doubts.
"I didn't think it would come back at all, I thought he was a goner," she told CBC News.
But staff at Pearson did find Ra Ra, and they went above and beyond to reunite the Saskatchewan family with the lost teddy. To see how how Ra Ra made it home, check out the video above.
