The Amount Of Calories In Halloween 'Fun-Sized' Candy May Not Be So Fun

Beware

Moderation is the key when it comes to eating any of your favorite sweets — unfortunately, that also holds true during Halloween.

Even though tiny holiday treats may seem insignificant, the average 'fun-sized' chocolate candy contains around 70 calories, and that's just in one bar.

Health Canada recommends that men consume around 2500 calories daily, while they say that women should be consuming around 2000; it's even lower for children.

Watch the video above to see how many calories there are in different varieties of Halloween treats.
