Harrison Ford Introduces A Special Pentatonix Star Wars Tribute At The AMAs

Han Solo can do anything, apparently.

There's no disturbance in the force, Han Solo can do anything.

Harrison Ford was a presenter at the American Music Awards on Sunday, as part of a special preview for the upcoming "Star Wars" sequel, which hits theatres in 25 days.

Can't believe it? "I know."

The awards ceremony showed a new teaser clip of Finn and Rey, played respectively by John Boyega and Daisy Ridley running from an unknown enemy in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

Then the iconic "Star Wars" actor and Oscar nominee hit the stage — cueing the orchestra to play the theme song for "Indiana Jones," a nod to his decades-long portrayal of the title character.

Composer John Williams is also responsible for the memorable "Star Wars" music. Ford introduced introduced a cappella group Pentatonix, who performed a medley of Williams' most famous songs from the movie series.

Ford's "Ender's Game" co-star Hailee Steinfeld watched on and applauded.

While the 73-year-old Ford may have appeared out-of-place at the AMAs, he was certainly honoured through Pentatonix's musical tribute.

The band each dressed in the style of some of "Star Wars"' most popular characters, with certain band members wearing Princess Leia-style hair buns, or Stormtrooper white attire.

Ford's appearance on the broadcast was meant to be a surprise, but TMZ reported he would participate in the telecast a few hours before the AMAs went to air.
