Sofia Vergara is no longer a single woman!
On Sunday, Nov. 22, the 43-year-old "Modern Family" actress wed actor Joe Manganiello in a romantic ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida. The couple was joined by friends and family who celebrated with the duo all weekend long.
For the ceremony, Sofia donned a custom strapless gown by Zuhair Murad couture featuring a heart-shaped neckline, intricate baroque details and 3-D motifs on the bodice. It also had a detachable, full skirt to add to the drama.
According to Vogue, the elaborate dress had approximately 11 pounds of sequins, 6.6 pounds of pearls, 350 crystals, and took 32 atelier employees to make for a total of 1,657 hours of labour.
Of the gown, the designer told Vogue, "It’s a fitted dress because we wanted to see her beautiful curves, but at the same time there is the removable outerskirt so later on she can remove the ball gown skirt. We wanted something very spectacular and grandiose."
For her beauty look, the face of CoverGirl kept things simple with lightly lined eyes, well-groomed brows and blushed cheeks. To finish things off, she wore a custom CoverGirl Outlast Longwear Lipstick shade called 'Sofia in Love' — a rich, red shade (it can be recreated using CoverGirl Outlast lipsticks Red Rogue and Amazing Auburn). Her long, locks were kept in a loose wave and clipped back with a jeweled barrette.
