A Woman Is Suing Zara After Discovering A Dead Mouse Sewn Into Her Dress

WTF ZARA?!?!?

Have you ever shopped at Zara before? If the answer is yes, then you may want to check out the quality of your clothes, because you might just find a dead rodent stitched in the seams.

In news that's terrifying to fashionistas around the globe, 24-year-old Cailey Fiesel popped into a Zara store in Greenwich, Connecticut back in July and picked up two dresses off the rack.

Normal, right? Wrong.

A few weeks later, Fiesel wore one of the dresses to work for the first time. And that's when she knew something was ... off. She noticed a "disturbingly pungent odour." Get ready to gag, because that's when Fiesel discovered a dead mouse in the lining of her $40 little black dress.

"I saw the little leg that was coming out of the seam that I had touched, which was really horrifying," Fiesel told the NY Post. "I froze — I was paralyzed with fear."

NOPPPPPE. NOT HERE FOR THIS.

The court papers included some pretty disturbing black and white photos of the dress, which was made in Turkey, "conspicuously depicting the dead rodent with at least one of its appendages protruding."

Once again, NOPPPPPPE.

According to NY Post, Fiesel's suit says she not only suffered emotional distress (so did we just reading this, TBH), but she also developed a large rash that was diagnosed as a "rodent-born disease." Therefore, she is suing for unspecified damages, saying the retailer owed her a "duty of care" to manufacture dresses that were "free from defects, including rodent infestations."

Zara did not immediately respond to a request for a comment on the incident, but a spokesperson told TMZ, "Zara USA is aware of the suit, and we are investigating the matter further. Zara USA has stringent health and safety standards, and we are committed to ensuring that all of our products meet these rigorous requirements."

As Cosmo so delicately put it, "deceased rodents are definitely not this fall's hottest fashion accessory."

We couldn't agree more.
