Milo Ventimiglia Does Push-Ups With Ellen DeGeneres On His Back

He makes it look so easy.

Milo Ventimiglia put his muscular arms to work by performing a series of push-ups with comedian Ellen DeGeneres on his back.

During Tuesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the "Gilmore Girls" star re-created an emotional scene from his new series, "This Is Us", with the help of the talk show host.

While discussing the original scene in which Ventimiglia's character Jack does push-ups with his nine-year-old adopted son Randall on his back to prove he'll never abandon him, the actor told DeGeneres, "we could do some push-ups here if you wanted to."

Surprised by the offer, DeGeneres replied, "I'd love to get on your back while you do a push-up," prompting Ventimiglia to get up from his chair and get into a push-up stance on the floor.

While a giggling DeGeneres positioned herself on top of the actor the audience cheered as Ventimiglia banged out five push-ups before asking the comedian if he should continue. After performing another set of five push-ups DeGeneres returned the favour telling Ventimiglia to hop on her back, however she struggled to perform two reps.
