Jacquelyn Mills is an editor, director, writer originally from Nova Scotia, Canada. In 2008 she completed her studies at the prestigious Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema at Concordia University with distinction. In recent years she has won numerous awards for her work, including Best New Canadian Director, Best Cinematography, Best Film, and was named Montréal Mirror’s NoiseMaker 2010. Jacquelyn is currently in the post-production stages of her most recent film project titled Woman in the Waves – a feature length documentary based on her grandmother’s life.
