Jamil Jivani is currently a J.D. candidate at Yale Law School. Born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, he is a graduate of Humber College and York University, where he studied non-profit management and international development. Jamil has worked as an entrepreneur, teacher, project manager, and fundraiser for various organizations in Canada, Kenya and the United States. He continues to lead youth development programs in Toronto and New Haven. Jamil is a member of the Innovation Expedition global network and has served as President of the Yale Black Law Students Association and Program Director of the Marshall-Brennan Project.
