Jennifer is an independent consultant, providing research, writing, advisory, and project management services in the areas of: global and Canadian health policy; women’s health and human rights; sexual and reproductive health and rights; HIV/AIDS; health law and ethics; and, international development. She has worked for over 20 years with a wide range of governmental, non-governmental and professional organizations.

Jennifer has a LL.B from the University of Ottawa Law School and received her LL.M in International and Comparative Law – with a focus on international human rights – from the University of Brussels, Belgium. Jennifer is a past Adjunct Professor of health law at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and is the author of several publications in the area of health, women’s health, child health, human rights and international development.
