Jessica Holmes is the author of the comedic memoir I Love Your Laugh: Finding the Light In My Screwball Life. A Wellness Coach and comedian, Holmes' goal is to provide validation through humour. "Embrace your embarrassments - share them - make them a punchline, and you'll be more likely to relax and enjoy life."

Jessica Holmes is best known as the star of The Holmes Show, as well as a popular member of the long running hit, CBC's Royal Canadian Air Farce. She also wrote and starred in her own one-hour Comedy Now! special, Holmes Alone, which won a Platinum Award at the Worldfest International Film Festival in Houston, and was nominated for a Gemini Award.

Jessica has brought the house down opening for such comedians as Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen deGeneres and Leslie Nielsen. She recently hosted the live portion of Oprah's Lifeclass in Toronto. She is one of Canada's fastest rising comedy stars and always leaves audiences in stitches with her interactive humor and vivacious energy.
