Bosco grew up in Hong Kong and lived in Sydney, Australia for more than 15 years before moving to Vancouver in 2011. A bilingual blogger with an IT background, he’s also lived in Singapore, Berlin, Tokyo and Auckland because of study and work.

Bosco has a keen interest in cuisines and food cultures of the world, as well as community affairs, entertainment and travel. He hopes to promote a better understanding of different cultures through the food we eat and to take the message of sustainable food to every corner of the world. Bosco is an ambassador of the SeaChoice program in support of sustainable seafood.

Bosco is one of the hosts of “Leisure Talk,” a Cantonese talk show on Fairchild TV, and also appears on Fairchild Radio as a regular commentator. Besides blogging, his other passion is diving -- “the type where you take a deep breath, tumble-turn a few times and hope that by the time you open your eyes, you are entering the water at the right angle.”
