It is highly regrettable that no one in the Joseph Brant ER that day took a video of Douglas Brown being beaten and tasered by the police. Had someone done that and put it on YouTube, then maybe there would be an outcry. Police accountability, it seems, is dependent on private citizens and their cell phones.
