I was stunned by the avalanche of information out there on the subject, and how many sites and products offer to cure your belly fat problem 'with one easy step!' The more I delved into these sites, the more I saw that they weren't offering any actual solutions that were exclusive to targeting belly fat. And some claims I saw were just idiotic.

The weather is warming, those initial resolutions haven't gone so well and soon everyone is wearing less clothing. This can create panic and urgency for some people -- often the solution is to get professional help and hire a personal trainer.
Join a gym or set one up in your house. Set a regular exercise routine and stick to it; put it in your weekly calendar. Often we feel more lethargic or uninspired because we feel a sense of not accomplishing much. Working out is a great item to check off on your to-do list, and has proven results in improving our state of mind, and of course, body.
Seeing all the bags of candy out for Halloween and post-Halloween can be tempting, especially when you're a self-confessed candy addict, but visualizing myself entering 2014 as a more fit, stronger and healthier me...both mentally and physically (in my size 6 skinny jeans)...is all the motivation I need!
I am not a fan of including daily weigh-ins in a weight loss regime. Daily weigh-ins are emblematic of many of the things I find frustrating with the fitness industry. We are all more then a number, how we feel day to day should not depend on the reading on the scale. I suggest that if you want to weigh-in regularly, the most frequently you should do it is weekly.
