I was stunned by the avalanche of information out there on the subject, and how many sites and products offer to cure your belly fat problem 'with one easy step!' The more I delved into these sites, the more I saw that they weren't offering any actual solutions that were exclusive to targeting belly fat. And some claims I saw were just idiotic.

Why You Shouldn't Weigh Yourself Daily

I am not a fan of including daily weigh-ins in a weight loss regime. Daily weigh-ins are emblematic of many of the things I find frustrating with the fitness industry. We are all more then a number, how we feel day to day should not depend on the reading on the scale. I suggest that if you want to weigh-in regularly, the most frequently you should do it is weekly.
