I was thinking about changing things up a bit. Instead of wishing you a Happy New Year -- I am going to wish you a NEW year.That's exactly what you want, isn't it? Something new. Something different. You might want it to be happy -- or you might want it to be energizing, challenging, adventurous or mindful.
Break your dream/resolution down to goals, work toward the goals with daily plans of action. Stay on track, and make sure you absolutely know what's important. For me, it's staying out of the hospital when it comes to my health journey. Tell friends and family what you are doing, and hire a trainer or a team around you.
