I'm probably getting ahead of myself. The leaves haven't even started to change colour yet, at least not downtown where I live. And there's really no chill in the air either, just the humidity's gone, which I love. So from my perspective, the weather couldn't be better. But it is almost the end of September and I've always dreaded Fall.

For many the seasonal transition from winter to spring includes not only thoughts of warmer weather, gardening, and lighter clothing, but also the bothersome and downright annoying symptoms of seasonal allergies.
Change isn't easy. No matter which way you slice it or dice it, change is never going to be a breeze. So is there ever a perfect time to embark on change? And this isn't some high-level theory of "Start today, there's no such thing as tomorrow." I'm talking about a more practical approach -- what time of year is best?
