Randall Craig is a serial entrepreneur, held a long-time position at a “big-four” consulting firm, and was an executive at an American public company. One of the country's web pioneers, Randall has been advising in this area since 1994: he put the Toronto Star online, the Globe and Mail’s GlobeInvestor/Globefund, several financial institutions, and about 100+ other major organizations across North America.

He lectures at the Schulich School of Business and is the host of Professionally Speaking TV, interviewing the nation's thought-leaders each week. Randall is the author of six books, including the Online PR and Social Media series, and co-author of Social Media for Business.

Before social media really took off, the number of tools for engaging stakeholders online was very, very small. You could create a bulletin board on your site. An interactive calculator. A "guestbook" (remember those?) Or get people to sign up to a ListServ and participate in a discussion via email....
