“Get a PO Box up in Atlantic provinces and get a broadband connection from Bell Aliant and you won't be paying that high. Atlantic provinces have some sort of condition whereby consumers of Cellular Broadband do not get rapped like Ontarians do. Please do your homework on this as I haven't been in the industry for over a year.”

“The cancellation fees should be halved. Period. There should be NO Data cancellation fees. Terminations fees are absolutely highway robbery. Also, the buyer's remorse period and DOA (Dead on Arrival) period should be EXPLAINED and Signed -- not in fine print but as a separate 10 or 12 sized font letter. Furthermore, the DOA policy should not be 15 or 30 mins of usage -- NOT even a Tech Support Analyst (aka me) can even figure out what is wrong with the device. It should be 300 minutes or 30 days whichever comes first. Almost all companies and stores are UBER nice until the Buyer's Remorse expires and once that happens then the daggers, knives, and swords come out, coz you are stuck with a contract for which they can and will nail you with a 400$ for voice + 100$ for data -- so called Early Termination fees.
There shouldn't be any data cancellation fees and the 400$ should be halved to $200 MAX.”
“Again, I as I said before I got your point, but wrong reference lol ... Postal is an all time classic, but again you can't use "Postal" for school shootings done by a student either ;) -- It's all in the context of things my dear Watson! ;)”

“Canada always HAS and ALWAYS will do what the Big Brother wants. Period. Our Foreign Affairs Policy is dictated by US - Period. As per OB taking orders of Harpoon over here ... maybe he should take his head out of his own rear once in a while and smell the coffee”

“Iraq, Viet Nam, etc. prove you wrong. Perhaps you could give us a list of wars we have joined in on because Big Brother made us.
Let's see. Korea - our choice. Afghanistan - our choice. WW2 - we were there before the US was.
We have maintained a relationship with Cuba despite the US's stand on Cuba.
If you want to state that economically we go along with them, that is the truth. But attempting to say that our foreign affairs policy has always been dictated by the US is rather ridiculous.
If Harper allows China to get more involved in the oil sands, that will be another issue against the US government's 'suggestions'. Harper isn't backing down on the pipeline either despite the lack of support for it by the US government.
In addition, because we sat around snoozing for 40 years obsessing with Quebec separating, the Canadian government under first Martin and more vigorously under Harper has striven to set up trade deals with all and sundry so that we stop in an economic sense having our eggs in only one basket.
I honestly have started to believe I live in a different Canada than many of you do who have succumbed to so many conspiracy theories that are spouted but never backed up.”

“When The Big Brother tells you to do something, you do it! Hasn't that been Canada's role, rather quite literally??
Although, it was quite un-Statesman like, but what to do ... Upset all the world leaders or the Biggest Bully, who happens to live across the street?”

“Usually I would agree with you but I do not believe that Harper takes his orders from the US. I think he does what he wants to do. I might be stretching this a bit but I believe he is the person who came up with this to begin with and Obama 'takes orders' from him.
I think Harper was the first walker outer of the western nations from the so called human rights conferences and others since have followed suit.
I just wish he was as diligent when it came to China who remains mute about Syria.”
“shhhhh don't let them find out that the can use google to find free stuff ... let them keep paying -- Jobs and now Cook loves 'em ... lol ... Can you imagine if only PC guys were like Appelites?? Gates would be a Trillionaire 3 times over!!!”
“Living in US or any other country for that matter doesn't mean you forget your own culture. Accepting another culture and adopting it are two different things. I am not going to generalize, but the "generalized MTV" US culture dictates that women should wear bum shorts and bloody bikinis while prancing around the house. Being a man I am obviously drawn to it, but then I just wonder what the poor brother or father suffers for that. So being in the US perhaps other women should forgo their shame and flaunt their skin? I know I would sound bloody radical, but that is far from it ... I am a by product of Catholic Schooling, and a liberal Sikh, but that doesn't mean that I should forgo my Culture and Religion and assimilate into the so-called NORM. What is norm to one, is an absurd notion to another.”
