“Cael, you got it backwards, they report facts, information, email traffic, photos, videos, comments made by email participants, and names of people who are stakeholders in the investigation. They make known to the public information so that the public holds the authorities accountable to doing their job. If authorities control the information and cater to outside pressures then the process controls an outcome. Anon disrupts the process by exposing it. If something is amiss then it should be challenged, if not amiss then justice was served. This business of "lack of proof" makes no sense at all.”

“The Teabaggers pretty well has the Republican Party in their hands thus explains the colossal failure of the Repub moderate leadership to reign them in. The Teabaggers just loves the ideologue idol Ayn Rand and her nihilism to actualize and achieve social darwinism. These illusionists would gladly see this government and nation go down to at least test the waters to determine how bad the economy goes sideways, a social experiment to suppress 100s of millions of lives, and this is supposed to be a better alternative response to the ACA? Sheer blind stupidity.”

“Memo to Obama, hold the line, you're doing good. Call the Teaist/Republican default bluff. If the country defaults, a lot of people will experience going with less but especially Big Corp will lose even bigger; huge profit losses, share holders cheesed off, wealthy elites terrorized by losing big money, but hey, this is typical Scrooge Republican politics, screw anything that errors on the side of generosity. But this mantra will grow old fast if and when the country goes into default, nothing riles the power brokers more than losing big bucks, and they will turn on the Teaist faction to get in line. The American people are pretty patient, 2014 is just around the corner.”

“The video evidence confirms clearly the workers are not fine and dandy nor do they “enjoy” the work; it is a work that they have to survive in, not thrive in, given the death rate on the job. As for “the pay as a vast improvement in [their] lives” is the typical condescending wealth elites hatred towards the powerless vulnerable; treat these humans like cattle, herd them into holding areas for food and sleep, because this is better than back home, really? Is this an excuse for squalor away from home? To one of he wealthiest regions in the world, treat your migrant workers with dignity, do the right thing by them, you can easily, I repeat, easily afford it.”

If housing is provided, it should be clean, with adequate space (500 square feet for three people at the most), ......did you see the video!!! All this is is cheap sweat back labour, tantamount to voluntary human trafficking where people are worse off after they arrive than when they left. Where is the golden rule being applied here to these people? Does this country have no shame? And if this is a theocracy state where is the Muslim nation community's voice, where is the outrage let alone from soccer nation. This matter should be brought to the United Nations as well and the country be shamed before the world community. This is disgusting.”

Memo to Assad: bombing the area disperses the evidence making accurate measurements difficult. Secondly, the area Assad is referring to was NOT allowed to be investigated by the UN staff as ordered by the Assad regime. Best hunch is the area still had chemical weapons evidence, impact areas, dispersal patterns, trajectory origins assessments intact and that is way Assad wanted this area off limits.”

“So the records from Bosch are still proof without a shadow of doubt that a-rod took steroids, as good as any drug test. Unless of course, you want to put the blinders on and think that maybe it was for someone else. He's the only guy who wouldn't take the suspension and admit what he did. It's not because he's innocent. His appeal under the weight of overwhelming evidence (like 4 years worth) won't save him and he will sit all next year.”

A-rod had all the tools; a natural athlete, perhaps a Mr. Natural and he could have entered the twilight of his career with grace, integrity, enjoying the game, savoring every moment as poetry of greatness. Somehow he was not able to tame his mega-ego that dictated to him the belief that he was larger than baseball, let alone the Yankees, his team was simply a necessary after thought. He never, it seems, arrived even at the age of 38 realizing “the game” as in life is a rite of passage to character. Oh, what could have been. He may play some games during a 2-3 week appeal, but after that his show-days with the Yankees will be over for good, and I'll be glad to be rid of this distraction.”

“The Yankees of the 5 recent World Series titles were full of players who were know steroid users. Most were suspected or known BEFORE the Yankees took them on. So this so called Yankees "integrity" is nonsense. They should NOT get away without paying at least a majority of the money that is owed A-Rod.

They quickly signed that stupid extension without any team threatening to out bid them. They knew they would be paying tens of millions of dollars for a player that would be well past his prime. They did it so that the home run record would be broken by a Yankee that was "clean". They should not get off paying.”
