“Living in an urban neighbourhood is one thing, feeding the deer is something else again. Ask any conservation/wildlife officer.”

“and they of course are the experts...all they care about is game hunting. that is where they come from. of course they would say don't feed anything because that is not a hunting mindset or activity.”

“Not 'cute'. This is a death sentence for the deer. Stupid people have obviously been feeding it + the first person who doesn't give it the food or the attention it has become habituated to, will feel it's wrath in the form of hooves and horns. There is a reason for all those "do NOT feed the wildlife" signs you see posted almost everywhere.”

“The deer is gonna die anyhow, so what's your point”

“Nice call, and very accurate.”

“We have lot's deer stroll through our neighbourhood daily, eating flowers and leaves etc... without a care in the world, here they are generally undaunted by people and ignore fences (mostly). The deer seemed to have moved in closer with people, avoiding the cougars. I would not call the deer tame, but they sure don't mind people so much.

“I will share a story, to reinforce your manic fear of the wild, you will feel comforted by my experience with the WILD animals that haunt my dreams. Enjoy!
I used to feed a squirrel off my deck. One day i was not home and the squirrel was hungry. He was one mad squirrel. He saw my neighbor and approached him expecting nuts. My neighbor thought he was just a friendly squirrel, until the squirrel started demanding nuts, unfortunately for my neighbor he could not decipher the squirrely chatter. He was viciously attacked by the squirrel and sustained massive trauma to his carotid artery. The squirrel now has a taste for blood and all in the neighborhood are on the look out for this WILD animal. The worst is living with the guilt of knowing I committed a sin by feeding that squirrel. The burden of guilt is like across no man should bear.
Let this be a lesson to all "don't feed the WILD animals"!. Those poor people on the street are the same, give them food out of love and compassion and watch them attack you like a squirrel.

“Deer live in urban neighbourhoods; there is no reason for this to be a death sentence for a deer.”
“"strong feelings against her" is one thing. Shameful behaviour by a rent-a-mob is something else.”

“Of course, anyone who doesn't think like you is a "rend-a-mob". The Tea Party demonstrations in 2009 were a Koch Brothers and Americans for Prosperity rent-a-mob. Were you complaining then? Of course not, they were pushing your agenda.”

“Biebs, ya little twerp........stop trying to act like Chris Bown. It's quite unattractive. Get some manners + lose that whole 'white boy thug' image you're trying so hard to cultivate. It's ridiculous.”
