“And how would that make anyone safer??? Yes it would give more money to insurance companies and lawyers but how would that save lives?”
riverhouse on Dec 8, 2013 at 12:03:00
“Well, vrump, insurance companies weed out bad drivers and those they feel will be a liability to coverage. Zimmerman would not have been able to buy a gun with domestic violence charges and an assault on a police officer charge. Too many house fires will mean you are uninsurable and without insurance you would get no mortgage. Too many auto accidents or DUIs and you'll be uninsurable. Lanza's mother might have thought twice about letting her son have access to guns if she knew her coverage was on the hook. Maybe she wouldn't have been able to get coverage in the first place. Guns are dangerous and meant for only one thing: to kill something. ”
“Now You reached the point of quoting old folk songs....get real”

“I'll put Peter, Paul and Mary - and Bob Dillon who wrote the song - up against Miley Cyrus any day. And I'll put the hopeful 60s way up against our predatory, greedy Wall Street dominated world today.”
“Why???? I guess you're too young to remember the hostages and have never been taught history.”

“Remember the US brutally held the entire population of Iran hostage for over 20 years, so the Iranians had every right to do the same to the US.
Where is your apology to Iran for the Shah?”

“so if he us too young what´s your point?
you want to bomb italy?”
KeithTexas on Nov 10, 2013 at 18:49:02
“I was in Iran before the revolution I remember. What I am too young to remember is America deposing a Democratically elected leader and installing the Shah who murdered thousands of Iranians during his despotic rule.
It seems America doesn't really believe in Democracy.”

“maybe you are too young to remember we "installed" the shah in 1954.”
Chuck Culls on Nov 10, 2013 at 18:28:06
“Maybe he's old enough to remember the CIA coup of 1953 and the brutal Shah that we installed.”
currency1896 on Nov 10, 2013 at 18:27:30
“prior to that i guess you forget the shah being installed by the cia with an extra helping of violence in order to install a usa puppet state and then you forgot the usa shooting down of a iranian civilian jet .... who would that upset huh ? .... you know one-sided history at best and that's ain't history, that's ignorance”
“People fail to realize that between the goose-stepping and "Heil, Hitlers," many Germans, and most Austrians, were practicing congregants of "the Church," including Hitler himself. For evidence, just visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., or this powerful source's online website of Holocaust evidence: http://www.ushmm.org/”
“You have these lowlifes confused with Harley riders.....Harley riders ,in general, ride in close safe formations and observe traffic laws [except, maybe speed limits] and as a whole are extremely courteous............and they have no problem saying "together".
Ken 1939 on Nov 9, 2013 at 14:40:06
“I spend time in Daytona and just a few weeks ago, October Fest, a lot of your Harley riders seemed to have forgot their manners. I will admit as I commute on 95 the Harley Riders are not doing wheelies and other tricks that seem to be reserved for other brands. BTW - it only take a couple rude Harley riders to give other riders a bad name.”
“The page that says they can shoot to stop the threat of a deadly weapon ! The Truck was a deadly weapon until the engine was turned off...remember he tried to kill a policeman with that truck!...And that page also forbids Police from firing warning shots or any other such nonsense.”
“Because that's what usually happens. Which is why in other states, once they know who the culprit is, they fall back in an effort to save lives. There is no reason for him to still drive recklessly with no patrol cars behind him. He likely would have started looking for somewhere to hide. He couldn't afford cigarettes, so it's not like he could get far.”
