It is sadly becoming normal for guest speakers to be disrespected in places that we call "higher learning." Dressed as a vagina, Ethan Jackson felt right at home spewing what he believes to be well thought out highly educated views. I never thought I would feel the need to write in favour of the Office of Religious Freedom. I took my religious freedom for granted. I am a Chaplain. This week, history will revisit the Church of the Nativity as UNESCO's World Heritage Committee convenes in St. Petersburg, Russia, to consider whether the birthplace of Jesus should be recognized as a world heritage site. My latest book about Christianity, Heresy, is in the forgiving business. But forgiveness does not mean forgetting the truth. We have to be resolute in what is and what isn't, which is why I've taken on the most frequent arguments used against followers of Christ.
