I am not a fan of including daily weigh-ins in a weight loss regime. Daily weigh-ins are emblematic of many of the things I find frustrating with the fitness industry. We are all more then a number, how we feel day to day should not depend on the reading on the scale. I suggest that if you want to weigh-in regularly, the most frequently you should do it is weekly.
