Colin And Justin's Bedroom Showdown

Excuse us: for the first time ever we've been at war during one of our own TV series. As you'll see on Sunday's Cabin Pressure, our long suffering director Marshall twisted our arm into a full on C&J competition, that being to fashion one guest bedroom per designer. Crucially, neither of us would be privy to the other's plan. But which do you prefer?

Fewer Kids Walk Or Bike To School -- And That Hurts Everyone

More than twice as many kids are driven to school these days compared to 25 years ago, and that's having an impact on everyone. In a study released April 5 by Metrolinx, the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area's transportation planning agency, researchers found a decline among youth in the use of physically active modes of transportation to commute to school over a 25-year period. What If We Renamed Feminism To Make It Gender Neutral?

Not only am I a liberal-minded, strongly opinionated woman, but I'm a fully conscious being with a beating heart, eyes and a f***ing conscience. Somehow, though, we've managed to turn the continually debated subject matter into something people shy away from breaching and exploring. Something easily misinterpreted as "Latin for armpit hair."

My Search For Meaning And Connection

While I have a blessed life (with its fair share of twists, turns, and challenges) with a loving husband, three healthy children, a career, and a comfortable lifestyle, the hustle and bustle of everyday life was leaving me feeling lonely, and craving deeper connections and meaning.

The Words That Made Me Embrace My Body Image

I remember the day my agent told me to lose 2 inches off my hips and that my thighs were getting too big. She suggested that I try yoga to tone down. I was devastated. She didn't see how hard I was trying to be thin. I was dieting and hardly eating just to keep my stick-thin frame. It was then that I decided to give up on modeling because I was ruining my body.
