Chronic pain can affect our sleep, appetite, mobility, mental health and our ability to live on our own. Unfortunately, it's so common that many patients and physicians consider chronic pain a normal part of aging.
Stress -- it's that feeling we know all too well when things get busy at work, you're balancing what feels like a million different tasks at home and you still have to find that time to squeeze in a workout. It can be overwhelming, there's no denying that. The reality is, stress is just a part of life. However, the way we learn to manage stress makes all the difference in how it impacts our health.

Your baby is worth fighting for, so although this may feel like hell, keep going. I wouldn't wish infertility on anybody, but I can't say I'd change it now. My little man wouldn't be the same person if I hadn't waited. And nor would I.
