As your baby begins solids, they are opened to a whole new world. It's an adventure of taste and texture -- from basic first cereals to complex puree blends. It's also significant because it's when your child's palate develops, forming a foundation for good eating.
Thanks to all of the celebrities and mommy bloggers out there, many new moms feel plenty of pressure to make organic baby food from scratch. Some feel guilty if they don't make all of their own baby food, as if they aren't giving their child the best start possible. But when time and sleep are limited, what's a loving parent to do?

If baby grows up among a family where fresh, nutritious foods are readily available and eaten at every meal, chances are that those habits will become part of their routines and expectations.
