This is what I encounter on a regular basis: I go in to a workplace to spread health and fitness, and get to meet people that are putting their life on hold Monday to Friday. I meet people that are extremely bitter. The reason is that they know they aren't doing the important things. They feel trapped.
If you're getting tired of your usual workout, try a spin class instead. The instructors play high-intensity songs with dedicated rest periods to deliver an amazing and energetic work out. You sweat. A lot. At least, if you're doing it right.
In 2008, the financial meltdown hit and my business was destroyed. Two years later, my then-wife got up one day and left our marriage without warning. I was devastated. I fell into a depression, faced the huge challenge of pulling myself back up. So I turned back to what saved me once before: lifting weights.
