Stop Blaming Other People and Pick Up a Mirror

When we deflect blame onto others, what we are really doing is shifting our attention on to someone else so that not only is someone else responsible for our issues, but we also don't have to reflect on our part in the problem. Try to relive the situation, but this time instead of placing the blame on someone else, take FULL responsibility for your actions and feelings.

Taking Responsibility Changes Everything

You are responsible for your own happiness, for the success of your relationships, for the success of the company where you work, for your career and for your life. What's more, you are responsible for poverty, for global warming, for your neighbourhood, for your school and for homelessness.
